What condition is the equipment in?

We sell both new and quality pre-owned equipment. Every item is inspected and accurately represented: the listing states its condition, the testing performed, the accessories included and any cosmetic or functional limitations. Items sold as-is or for parts are labelled as such.

What warranty do I get?

Items carry either a 30-day or a 60-day warranty, depending on the listing. The period is shown on each product page, and the full terms are set out in our Terms & Conditions.

How quickly do orders ship?

Most orders have same-day to one-business-day handling, and shipping is free on all orders within the United States. We package equipment carefully and use trusted carriers, with freight shipping available for larger instruments.

Can I return an item?

Eligible items may be returned within the stated 30- or 60-day return period for that listing, and must come back in the same condition in which they were received. A 20% restocking fee applies when an item is returned for a reason that was clearly disclosed in the listing before purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship across the U.S. and internationally, and international shipping is available on many items. Contact us with the item and your destination and we will confirm options and cost.

Do you handle tax-exempt or bulk orders?

Yes. Get in touch about tax-exempt purchases, purchase orders, multi-unit orders, or a piece of equipment you cannot find listed, and we will take it from there.
