We carefully package all equipment to help ensure it arrives safely and securely. Most orders have same-day to 1-business-day handling, allowing us to get your equipment on its way quickly. We use trusted carriers, with freight shipping available for larger equipment and international shipping available on many items.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within the stated 30- or 60-day return period, depending on the individual listing. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies when an item is returned for a reason that was clearly disclosed in the listing before purchase, including disclosed condition, cosmetic defects, limitations, or other stated issues.

Damaged or Not as Described

If an item arrives damaged, significantly not as described, or experiences an issue covered by the stated warranty, please contact us promptly so we can work toward a resolution.
